Deposit Requirements

A deposit is required to secure a reservation. For standard stays of two nights or longer, the property requires a portion of the total reservation amount in advance. One-night stays and package reservations require the full reservation amount as the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Four Columns Newfane generally operates with a 14-day cancellation window. Cancellations made inside that period can result in loss of the deposit. Arriving late, departing early, or canceling within seven days of arrival can make the guest responsible for the original stay total.

Pet Policy

Four Columns Newfane currently accepts one well-behaved dog per room, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. The dog must be registered with the inn, and a pet waiver is required at check-in.

Dogs should not be left unattended for extended periods. Housekeeping does not service a room while the pet is present, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after the animal and for damage caused during the stay.

Smoking Policy

Four Columns Newfane is a non-smoking property. The restriction includes vaping, so smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the inn under the current policy.
